

I decided not to improve the existing installer but to re-use the installer I wrote for the FreeCAD project.

Here is the installer ready to be tested: FreeCAD or LyX) and got the positive feedback that this helps to use these programs at work.)

(I built this feature into installers for some programs (e.g. I could have a look how this is done for the JASP installer if you like. All major installer engines (like NSIS, WIX etc.) provide options to enable this feature. Implementing this would allow a lot of people to use JASP.
